These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitInvite app and fitinvite.com (the "Service"). By using FitInvite you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility: 13 and up

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitInvite. Users under 13 are not permitted, consistent with COPPA. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, including your real date of birth, keep your password secure, and do not share or sell your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content

You own the photos, looks, and messages you post. You give FitInvite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content as needed to operate the Service and as you direct (for example, sharing to your group or to TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, or text). Only post content you have the right to share, and do not post photos of others without their permission.

4. Community rules and teen safety

No bullying, harassment, hate, nudity or sexual content, or body-shaming.
No contacting minors for inappropriate purposes. Adults and teens may not direct message each other unless linked as Family.
No spam, scams, or impersonation.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we report child-safety concerns to the proper authorities.

5. Shopping, affiliate links, and rentals

FitInvite shows products from third-party retailers, rental services, and local boutiques. Some links are affiliate links and FitInvite may earn a commission. Purchases, rentals, and returns are between you and the seller; their terms apply. FitInvite is not responsible for third-party products, prices, availability, or delivery.

6. AI stylist and try-on

AI suggestions and virtual try-on images are for inspiration only and may not be accurate in fit, color, or availability.

7. Subscriptions

Optional paid features (such as FitInvite Plus or creator style packs) are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew until cancelled in your store account settings. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds follow the store's policies.

8. Business accounts

Boutiques and brands must provide accurate business information, follow applicable advertising and consumer laws, honor the prices and offers they post, and clearly label promotions. Business plans renew monthly until cancelled. Businesses may not collect users' personal information outside the Service or target minors with inappropriate offers. FitInvite labels all sponsored placements and may remove listings that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, FitInvite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable US federal law. [Lawyer to confirm.]
