Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

DRAFT, have a lawyer review. This document is a working draft and is not final legal advice or a final policy.

FitInvite ("FitInvite," "we," "us") runs the FitInvite app and fitinvite.com, a group outfit-planning service for events. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. FitInvite is operated in the United States.

1. Ages 13 and up only (COPPA)

FitInvite is not for children under 13. We ask for date of birth at sign-up and block anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Parents who believe their child under 13 has an account can contact hello@fitinvite.com.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

To run and improve FitInvite; to power group planning, voting, chats, the AI stylist and outfit suggestions; to keep users safe and enforce our Terms; to communicate with you; and to measure shopping referrals. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use teen data for targeted advertising.

4. Affiliate links and cookies

Some shopping links in FitInvite and on fitinvite.com are affiliate links. If you buy through them, FitInvite may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers and affiliate networks (such as Amazon Associates, Rakuten, Impact, or ShareASale) may place cookies or similar tracking identifiers in your browser to credit the referral, typically for 1 to 30 days. Their own privacy policies govern that tracking. Our website uses only essential cookies and, if enabled, basic privacy-friendly analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Teen safety settings

6. Business accounts

Boutiques and brands that create business accounts provide business name, contact details, address, and listings. Business profile information and listings are public in the app. Businesses receive only aggregated, non-identifying demand insights (for example, interest in upcoming local events), not individual users' personal information, and they cannot message teens unless the teen starts the conversation in a labeled business chat.

7. How we share information

With the people you choose (your groups and friends); with service providers that host data, send email, process forms (such as Formspree), or provide AI features, under contracts that limit their use; with affiliate partners for referral tracking as described above; and when required by law or to protect safety. If FitInvite is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

8. Your choices and rights

You can view, edit, download, or delete your account and content in settings or by emailing hello@fitinvite.com. Parents of teen users may contact us with questions about their teen's account. Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information; we will honor those requests.

9. Data retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable time after you delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and notify you of material changes.
